I specialize in senior wellness, and design holistic classes that will improve anyone's strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. But, Yoga is more than just exercise. Yoga is a mindfulness practice in seeing oneself and actions with clarity. Mindfulness allows us to become more present and less reactionary, more connected and open to love, and keeps us on the synergistic path of healing and wholeness.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and seventeen years practicing, in these private lessons I will teach you safe alignment and technique. Whether you're a new Yogi or an experienced Yogini, these classes will be designed to meet your specific needs. Private lessons will elevate your practice and give you confidence in group classes.
